  • The warranty covers any operational defects or malfunctions for up to one year from date of purchase.

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by general wear and tear, water damage, intentional damage, and theft. The warranty does not cover battery replacements.
  • If you believe your BlareSafe is not working properly, please write to contact@blaresafe.com with the email subject “Warranty Request”––include your Name, Email Address, Order #, Date of Purchase, and the reason for your return.

  • Our customer service team will contact you within two business days. If your BlareSafe meets the warranty requirements, we will email a prepaid return shipping label. When your return merchandise is received, BlareSafe will send a one-time replacement to your original address free of charge.
